This is the type of appointment to book if you are new to Northern Spirit Osteopathy. Your reason for treatment, concerns and health history will be discussed and assessment and treatment will follow.

Most follow up appointments for adults are 60 minutes. Please ask us if you are unsure which appointment is suitable.

Smoking Cessation
Have you been wanting to quit smoking? Acu-laser is effective in as little as one treatment. Boosters are recommended 30 days after initial treatment for those not feeling confident in their ability to remain smoke free.

Weight Loss
This treatment is helpful for overeaters. The points stimulated by the laser signal the brain to release happy endorphins so there is no need to overeat to feel happy. Don't worry, this doesn't mean you won't enjoy your food. Just that you feel satisfied eating smaller quantities. This treatment combines acu-laser and osteopathic visceral manipulation to improve organ function and get your weight loss off to a good start. It is recommended to have this treatment monthly.
